Terms of service

  • There is a minimum order requirement of $1,500, which includes
    FREE delivery within the 5 boroughs of NY and north NJ (click here for list of NJ zip codes we service). 
  • Our drivers can only provide tailgate delivery. Please note that due
    to legal restrictions, they are unable to bring merchandise inside
    the premises/business.
  • To inquire about shipping options outside the NJ/NY area, please
    contact one of our sales representatives.
  • We accept returns of merchandise only on delivery.
  • We do not accept returns because customers are unable to sell
    the merchandise.
  • All returns must be authorized by the administration.
  • All sales are COD cash unless arranged in advance.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change.
  • Prices are by the case ONLY.
  • Unit price is listed for reference only.
  • We are not responsible for any typographical errors.
  • Pictures are a representation of the product and may not be the same.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.
  • Damages Or Shortages MUST be reported at the time of delivery.
  • There is a $40 fee for any submitted check with non-sufficient funds.
  • Restocking Fee is $5 per case.
  • We do not provide brand authorization 
  • The only acceptable forms of payment are Wire Transfer or ACH Wire.
    We do not accept Credit Card payments.
